Arrive in Beijing. Transfer to hotel and check in. Stay 3 nights in Beijing.
Tuesday, March 28
Full-day Beijing tour, visiting the Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Summer Palace.
Wednesday, March 29
Scale the Great Wall at Mutianyu by cable-car (round-trip). See the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube on the way back downtown.
Thursday, March 30
Get into the high-speed train and travel to Xi'an. See the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, where people stopped on the way to Silk Road. Eat around the Muslim Quarter. Stay 2 nights in Xi'an.
Friday, March 31
See the Terracotta Warrior Army, the Ancient Wall, and the Bell Tower in downtown Xi'an.
Saturday, April 1
Travel to Chengdu by train and check-in at the hotel. Rest and check out the local area. Stay 4 nights in Chengdu.
Sunday, April 2
See the giant pandas at the Chengdu Panda Base and see the Sanxingdui for ancient Chinese relics dating 4,000+ years ago.
Monday, April 3
Visit the Leshan Giant Buddha and the Baoguo Temple
Tuesday, April 4
Visit Mt. Emei to see the Leidongping, Golden Summit, and Huazang Temple.
Wednesday, April 5
Travel to Chongqing, the Mountain City. Stay 3 nights in Chongqing.
Thursday, April 6
Tour the city of Chongqing. Go across the Yangtze River by cableway. Visit Ciqikou, Iiziba, and Hongya Cave.
Friday, April 7
Visit the Three Gorges Museum, Eling Park, Great Hall of the People, Jiefangbei.
Saturday, April 8
Fly to Guilin from Chengdu. See the city, the Binjiang Road and eat some local noodles. Stay 2 nights in Guilin.
Sunday, April 9
Take the Li River cruise through the rural landscape of green limestone karst peaks. After seeing the fields with water buffalo grazing across them, arrive in Yangshuo for the night.
Monday, April 10
Train to Zhangjiajie. Stay 3 nights in Zhangjiajie.
Tuesday, April 11
Tour the mountains of Zhangjiajie, including the Tianzi Mountain.
Wednesday, April 12
Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and Baofeng Lake.
Thursday, April 13
Tour the Tianmen Mountain. Transfer to Shanghai. Stay 3 nights in Shanghai.
Friday, April 14
See the blend of Eastern and Western cultures in downtown Shanghai. Sample local foods in the busy Yuyuan Bazaar, and relax at the Yu Garden, a famous Chinese garden. Go to the Bund, the district of buildings with 52 different architectural styles. Stop by the Shanghai Tower, the tallest building in China.

Full day tour of the Zhujiajiao Water Town, visiting the French Concession and Xintiandi.

Zhang Hao hails from Shanghai, China. He has extensive experience as a tour guide for Deaf people for 17 years, both in China and outside the country. He enjoys traveling and sharing knowledge. He is looking forward to welcoming you to China.
Martin has been a resident of Japan since 2013, and he currently splits his time between Washington DC and Tokyo as he pursues a PhD degree in Linguistics at Gallaudet University. He is originally from Michigan, but he has been struck with wanderlust since he was a child and travels all around the world constantly. He enjoys learning languages, reading history, meeting new people, and learning trivia. He currently works as a Certified Deaf Interpreter and a translator of ASL, JSL, Japanese, and English.
